All enquiries regarding Statutory Declarations must be directed to the Toll Compliance Department at the address on the letter.
Unfortunately the staff at Interlink Roads are unable to assist with Statutory Declarations.
If you don’t pay the toll, either electronically or with cash,
as you pass through the toll plaza an image of your licence plate
will be recorded.

In such situations you can pay the toll by calling 1300
(Monday to Friday) ,
after the event. We understand that first time motorway users can
find themselves in the wrong lane and therefore miss payment. If
this happens to you, contact
and make arrangements to pay the toll and administration fee. If
you fail to notify us, or if you continue to use the motorway without
paying, you will receive a letter asking that you pay the toll plus
a $10.00 administration
fee for each occasion.
This will also happen if you are a customer who fails to mount
correctly, or if you do not keep your account in credit.
Donít ignore these letters. If you do, you will receive an infringement from the NSW Infringement Processing Bureau. The fine may exceed $150.00 for each offence.
Help us help you. If you are a cash payer – KEEP LEFT at
the toll plaza. If you have an E-way® account, make sure you mount
your tag correctly, always ensure your account is in credit; notify
us of change of card or new expiry date and contact us if you
hear a single long beep. You can check your account balance any
time by calling 1300 555 833 (Monday to Friday).

Post a cheque or money order for toll plus $10.00 administration charge for each trip with a description of your vehicle, licence plate number, date and time to:

Pty Ltd. Alternatively, you can pay by credit card over the phone by calling Customer Service on 1300 658 652. Please note this option only applies to tolls on the M5 South West Motorway.
If you take no action, or do not send ALL the required information, an infringement notice and fine in excess of $150.00 will be issued. Pay now and save additional costs and stress.
